Self Love uses yoga to help take control of your mind and body and Pilates to help you use your body both efficiently and effectively.

  • HOW CAN THESE DISCIPLINES HELP YOU?

Self Love classes will enable you to physically take control of your body in the following ways:

  • Empower you both physically and mentally by developing confidence through movement during each class
  • Encourage ownership of the decisions you make to physically and mentally enhance yourself using this new confidence
  • Introduce breath control to promote optimum health and an absence of illness
  • Consistently motivate and support you during each class  

 

Whether you would like to participate in a group yoga and Pilates class or indulge in one-one sessions, Self Love can support you.  All you need is the belief that YOU DESERVE IT!
